Pricing & Availability

Weekends at South Road Farm start at $12,000. That's a single, all-in price — no à la carte fees, no vendor surcharges, no hidden add-ons. You get the full property: both barns, the farmhouse, all ceremony sites, and every outdoor space from Friday afternoon through Sunday midday. Pricing varies by weekend, with peak dates in September and October priced higher. Reach out and we'll send a full breakdown.
We book weddings May through October. We intentionally keep the calendar small — a limited number of weekends per season — so that every event gets our full attention. If you have a date in mind, reach out early. Popular weekends, particularly in September and October, tend to go first.
The property is yours from Friday afternoon through Sunday at noon. That includes time to arrive, set up, rehearse, get ready, celebrate, and wind down — without feeling rushed at any point. Sunday morning is part of every booking, not an add-on.
Reach out through our contact form or email us at hello@southroad.farm. We'll follow up with availability and next steps. A signed agreement and deposit officially hold your date.

The Property

South Road Farm comfortably hosts up to 150 guests. There's ample space for dining, dancing, and gathering both indoors and out — across two barns, multiple decks, the courtyard, and the surrounding grounds.
The farmhouse is included in every weekend rental — no separate fee. It sleeps 8–10 comfortably across 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It's perfect for the wedding party, immediate family, or out-of-town guests who want to be on-site. You decide who stays there.
Yes — there are Airbnbs, inns, and hotels within 20–30 minutes of the farm. We're happy to share a lodging guide with suggestions once you're in the planning process.
Absolutely — we encourage it. Reach out to schedule a private tour and we'll walk you through the barns, farmhouse, ceremony sites, and outdoor spaces. There's a lot to take in, and seeing it in person makes all the difference.

Planning & Vendors

Yes — we require that couples work with a professional wedding planner or day-of coordinator. It's not a formality; it's what allows everything to run smoothly and lets you actually be present on the day. You're welcome to choose whoever aligns with your vision and budget.
Yes. We don't require specific vendors, so you're free to bring in a caterer that fits your taste and vision. The property is set up well for food trucks, plated service, and buffet-style setups alike — with power hookups, courtyard space, and room to make it a proper scene.
Yes — many couples do. You'll need to hire a licensed and insured bar service to handle the pour on the day of your event, but what you stock the bar with is entirely up to you.
Yes. On-site parking accommodates around 50 vehicles, so for larger guest lists a shuttle is required. It keeps traffic moving smoothly and, honestly, makes for a better guest experience — nobody's navigating dark country roads at the end of the night. We're happy to share recommendations for local shuttle services.

Day Of

Amplified music ends at 11:00 pm and non-overnight guests are out by 11:30 pm — both per town ordinance. If you're staying in the farmhouse, the night isn't over: the fire pit, the kitchen, and the property are yours until morning.
Per town ordinance, amplified music ends by 11:00 pm and all non-overnight guests depart by 11:30 pm. After that, anyone staying in the farmhouse is welcome to keep the evening going at their own pace — the fire pit is yours, the kitchen is yours, the night is yours.
Yes — two distinct options. An open-field site with panoramic views in every direction, and a wooded site nestled into the trees for something more intimate. Both include a hand-built wooden arch and rows of wooden benches. We're happy to walk you through both on a tour.
