South Road Farm  ·  Fayette, Maine

The
Weekend.

Most weddings give you a Saturday.
This is a weekend.

Friday Evening

Arrive. Settle in.

Cars pull in through the afternoon. Someone finds the kitchen. Welcome drinks happen in the courtyard without an agenda — no program, no wristbands, no one telling you where to stand.

The weekend starts before it officially starts.

Saturday

The main event.

Open field or secret garden. Wooden arch built by hand. Rows of wooden benches. Land that does most of the heavy lifting.

Cocktail Hour

The bar's open. Golden hour's here.

The ceremony ends and everyone exhales. Live music fills the field. Guests drift between the fire pits, the lawn, and the courtyard. Golden hour takes care of the rest.

Food trucks. Firelight. The whole scene.

Late Night

The part nobody forgets.

The barn lights low. The food window still glowing. Someone swapped their shoes hours ago. The party finds its own pace.

Sunday Morning

Slow down. Linger a little.

Nobody's in a hurry. The farmhouse kitchen fills up slowly — coffee, last night's stories, someone piecing together the timeline.

Most weddings end in a parking lot at midnight. This one ends on a Sunday morning.
