Yes! We don’t require specific vendors, so you’re free to choose a caterer that fits your taste and budget. The barn has plenty of space for food truck setups, plated service, or buffet lines.
The farmhouse sleeps 8–10 comfortably across 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It's included in every weekend rental and is perfect for wedding parties, immediate family, or out-of-town guests.
Absolutely — many couples do! You’ll just need to hire a licensed and insured bar service to serve alcohol on the day of your event.
Yes — we do require that couples provide a shuttle service (such as school buses or coach buses) for their guests. With limited on-site parking for around 50 vehicles, a shuttle helps everything run more smoothly and keeps traffic flowing safely. We’re happy to share recommendations if you need help arranging transportation!
Yes — there are several Airbnbs, inns, and hotels within 20–30 minutes of the farm. We're happy to share our lodging guide with suggestions for guests.
Per town guidelines, amplified music ends by 11:00 pm and guests should depart by 11:30 pm. After that, overnight guests are welcome to stay up in the farmhouse or enjoy a quieter post-party hang around the firepit.

Weekend rentals begin Friday afternoon and go through Sunday morning. That includes time to set up, rehearse, get ready, celebrate, and clean up without feeling rushed.
We can comfortably host up to 150 guests for weddings and other events. That includes space for dining, dancing, and celebrating both indoors and out.
